Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions in Jasper, Indiana seeks a Diesel POD 70 Assembly teammate. This role completes final product assembly using hoists, impact tools, and hand tools, requiring careful, detail-oriented work.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime; starting pay is $20.00 per hour plus experience-based increases. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, employee stock ownership plan, PTO and holidays, and access to onsite facilities.

Diesel – POD 70 Assembly

Job Overview: The final assembly position is very detail-oriented and labor intensive. This position is responsible for putting all components back together for the final product utilizing hoist apparatus, impact tools, and hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches.

Associates must be fast paced, organized, and quality driven.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as impact, wrenches, and torque wrenches.
