Jasper Engines is seeking a detail-oriented Disassembly Technician to remove engine components using hoists and hand tools. This role includes loading parts into washers, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and maintaining steady communication while working at a fast pace.
You will operate a lift/turn table and perform repetitive tasks in a climate-controlled environment, contributing to a 100% Associate-Owned company that values safety, teamwork, and personal growth.
The disassembly position is very detail-oriented and labor intensive. The position is responsible for removing components from the core engine utilizing hoist apparatus, impact tools, air chisels, and hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches. This position will load and unload components into a washer. A lift/turn table is provided to assist in disassembling the core engine. This position may require lifting up to 50lbs. Associates must be fast paced and communicate effectively.
