Job summary

Universal Health Services seeks an experienced Point-of-Care Testing Coordinator to oversee POCT implementation across departments, ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met. This role improves diagnostic efficiency and patient outcomes in a high-acuity hospital setting.

The position requires a RRT credential, NBRC licensure, Nevada lab supervisor license, and BLS. Leadership experience and a BS are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC-approved program in Respiratory Care.
• Bachelor of Science Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years previous lab experience with emphasis in compliance, quality assurance, data analysis, regulatory reporting, and policy development.
• Two years' leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the POCT program implementation and operation across multiple departments.
• Ensure testing meets regulatory standards and quality requirements.
