Job summary

The role requires a Respiratory Care graduate with NBRC RRT, Nevada license, and BLS; a BS is preferred, with at least two years in lab settings emphasizing compliance, QA, data analysis, and policy development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC-approved program in Respiratory Care.
• Bachelor of Science Degree preferred.
• Two years of lab experience focusing on compliance, QA, data analysis, regulatory reporting, and policy development.
• Two years leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lab regulations and standards.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) program across departments, ensuring testing meets regulatory standards and quality requirements.
• Oversees implementation and operation of POCT to enhance efficiency and accuracy of diagnostic processes and patient outcomes.
