Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC-approved program in Respiratory Care.
• Bachelor of Science Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years lab experience with emphasis in compliance, quality assurance, data analysis, regulatory reporting, and policy development.
• Two years of leadership experience preferred.
• RRT credential from NBRC and Nevada Laboratory Blood Gas General Supervisor License.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and operation of the POCT program across departments.
• Ensure testing meets regulatory standards and quality requirements.
• Improve efficiency and accuracy of diagnostic processes to enhance patient outcomes.
