Capital Health System, Inc. is seeking a Medical Technologist with strong QA oversight and proficiency in POC testing to join our laboratory team.

The role emphasizes quality assurance activities, data interpretation, and collaboration with nursing and lab leadership to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, 3 years of MT experience, and ASCP MT certification is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in science related field.
• Three years of experience as a Medical Technologist.
• ASCP MT certification preferred.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and communicate effectively.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee quality assurance of POC testing performed by CH personnel.
• Develop and implement corrective measures and training programs.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge for POC testing and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Monitor and analyze proficiency testing and QA reports.
• Supervise POC testing staff to ensure accurate results.
