Capital Health is seeking a Medical Technologist to oversee point-of-care testing and quality assurance within our hospital network in New Jersey. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field and at least three years of MT experience, with ASCP/MT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science related field; MT/ASCP preferred.
• Three years of experience as a Medical Technologist; POC experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail; able to interpret varied instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance of point-of-care testing performed by Capital Health personnel.
• Discuss findings with laboratory management and implement corrective actions and updated procedures.
• Contribute to data collection and reporting for POC QA activities.
• Maintain regulatory compliance for POC testing and related accreditation requirements.
