Qualifications

• 2+ years in PMO, project coordination, or program delivery.
• 2+ years maintaining schedules, milestones, and status tracking.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day PMO coordination across planning, reporting, governance, and action tracking.
• Maintain integrated master schedule with milestones and dependencies.
• Track risks, actions, issues, decisions, and owner assignments.
• Coordinate weekly deliverables, dashboards, and status summaries.
• Assist onboarding in a cleared environment with audit-ready PMO artifacts.
