Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Irving, TX seeks an experienced PMO professional to deliver Core PMO services on large-scale technology transformations. You will own planning, RAID management, reporting and financial tracking across multiple workstreams, aligning business and IT.

The role requires 10–15 years in program management or consulting, PMP or SAFe, and proven ability to drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and program controls in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in program management, consulting, or large-scale delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent; SAFe or equivalent preferred.
• Experience on multi-workstream or multi-vendor programs.
• Strong governance, planning, and program controls.
• Ability to engage mid-to-senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience with PMO tooling ecosystems (Jira, Planview, DevOps, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own core PMO workstreams, including planning, RAID management, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Drive RAID processes, including escalation, resolution tracking, and dependency management.
• Produce executive-level reporting and insights to support decision-making.
• Facilitate governance forums and ensure alignment across business, IT, and delivery partners.
