Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Proj Mgmt Ops Solutions Analyst to design, implement, and optimize project management tools, processes, and practices that boost efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across the organization.

You will partner with operations, IT, procurement, and field teams to tailor solutions that keep projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role also owns Joulz reporting and analytics with dashboards and data-quality controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management, PMO operations, or business process improvement.
• PMP Certification required.
• 2 years of experience integrating PM tools with other business systems.
• 5+ years of experience in change management and user adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow analysis and process mapping with stakeholders to identify root causes of friction.
• Partner with IT and PMO to integrate PM tools with ERP/CRM and reporting systems.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and reports for leadership and project teams, including Joulz analytics.
• Provide onboarding, training, and user support for PM tools and methodologies.
