Job summary

Laserfiche seeks a detail-oriented PMO Administrator to coordinate governance, portfolio reporting, and process improvement. You will translate project and software data into executive dashboards to drive informed decisions and maintain PMO standards. Expect responsibility for visibility, dashboards, and delivery across services.

The role combines on-site collaboration in Long Beach with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, requiring flexible hours for events and travel as needed.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of PMO or business operations experience with project coordination and business analysis.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and dashboard/reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Experience with Salesforce CRM and PMO governance concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project and program portfolios across multiple project teams.
Develop templates for governance, SOPs, and PMO best practices.
Design and maintain executive dashboards on revenue, forecast, utilization, margin, and risk.
Present KPIs to executive leadership on a recurring cadence.
Track software implementation timelines and provide leadership with a unified view.
