Job summary

You will develop tools and templates for project controls, collaborate with teams across the organization, and ensure data integrity while navigating a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project schedules that help teams understand priorities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and progress
• Use AI and modern tools to learn faster, build better work products, automate repetitive tasks, and improve PMO operations
• Develop spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytical tools that pull data from multiple sources into visual representations
• Create innovative tools, templates, reports, workflows, and processes for project management and analytics
• Communicate with all levels of the organization to ensure data is entered, complete, and useful
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, or opportunities in project information and drive resolutions
• Translate complex technical and business activity into clear, actionable information for leaders
• Learn the language and mechanics of project execution including schedules, baselines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and contracts
