Job summary

Illumia, LLC is seeking a PMO Project Manager to lead the Project Management Office, ensuring delivery against quality, budget, and schedule for customer projects. The role collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to implement best practices in planning and governance.

You will coordinate resources, prepare agendas and reports, and monitor project performance, risks, and forecasted outcomes while driving continuous PMO improvements.

Qualifications

• Passion for project management and leadership of complex software projects.
• Minimum of three years in project management, preferably in Healthcare or Higher Ed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of managing large virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Create and present project agendas, status reports, and documentation to customers and Illumia teams.
• Track and report project performance, expenditures, risks, and blockers; forecast pipeline.
• Report to management on scope changes and schedule; suggest improvements.
• Close projects and transition deliverables to operations; participate in PMO process improvements.
