The role emphasizes structured scheduling, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication. A strong planning mindset and can-do attitude are required in a fast-paced environment with both local and remote team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent program/project management experience.
• 3–5 years working knowledge of and experience with project/program management.
• PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates, optimizes, and drives structured schedules and milestone project plans across multiple product lines.
• Sets and meets deadlines with quality deliverables and adapts plans based on changing data.
• Manages resources, schedule, and budget constraints across projects.
• Tracks issues and negotiates to impact decisions and guide resolutions.
• Holds team members accountable for commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Identifies and mitigates program risks with timely communication to stakeholders.
• Frames communications for the intended audience and ensures documentation exists.
• Facilitates project team meetings to update status and resolve issues.
• Drives cross-team collaboration and ownership of initiative success.
