Job summary

Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-focused PMO/Program Management role in the Washington, DC area. You will track deliverables, maintain PMO artifacts, and support process analysis across projects and portfolios to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

The position emphasizes data accuracy, centralized documentation, and templates for technical and management use, with strong SDLC and Agile experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience tracking and updating status of program deliverables.
• Experience applying processes to ensure data currency, validity, and relevance.
• Experience maintaining library of PMO documents and building templates.
• Experience supporting project, program and portfolio activities including process analysis and reporting.
• Experience translating business processes into workflows and dashboards.
• Experience updating IT lifecycle documentation for Waterfall and Agile SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and provide status updates on program and project deliverables to ensure timelines and commitments are met.
• Apply established processes to ensure data accuracy, currency, validity, and relevance across PMO artifacts and reporting.
• Maintain a centralized library of PMO documents and develop standardized templates for both technical and management use.
• Support project, program, and portfolio-level activities including process analysis, mapping, optimization, reporting, market research, and internal communications.
• Translate business processes into actionable workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-making.
• Update and maintain organizational IT lifecycle documentation supporting Agile methodologies.
• Define, develop, and maintain engineering (SDLC) artifacts, architecture standards, and governance processes. Provide oversight for Enterprise SDLC reviews, including change management activities.
