Job summary

D&H Distributing is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our PMO and drive small to medium projects from initiation to closure within scope and budget. You will coordinate meetings, track milestones, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring a solid understanding of the SDLC, 2+ years of PM experience, and proficiency with Clarizen and MS Project. Bachelor's in business/IT and PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience managing small to medium projects.
• Experience in Clarizen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand project management activities, tasks, tools, and deliverables.
• Directly manage standard projects with low or medium risk.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Communicate project expectations to team and stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Assign work and set expectations for the team.
• Track milestones and deliverables and report progress.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues impacting project completion.
