You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, and supervise junior project staff while maintaining rigorous documentation and cost tracking.

Qualifications

• Previous Project Management experience required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff to closeout.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and deadlines.
• Develop estimates for manpower, materials, and resources.
• Monitor budgets and provide financial projections within constraints.
• Prepare reports on project progress, scheduling, and costs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams for quality and timely execution.
• Supervise Assistant PMs and Project Coordinators.
