The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience coordinating projects in technical or regulated environments, with PMP training as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management education; program or portfolio management training is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects in a scientific, technical, or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with priorities and outcomes.
• Define scope, governance, delivery plans, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication approaches.
• Facilitate timely decision‑making, monitor delivery performance, and ensure accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Apply PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and reporting practices to ensure disciplined execution.
• Coordinate cross‑project resource planning and facilitate portfolio‑level discussions.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold Tosoh Bioscience culture and guiding principles.
