Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; 4+ years PM experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sites and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations from initiation to completion within the PMO framework.
• Create and maintain detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Track milestones, performance indicators, budget, and resources.
• Ensure PMO processes, governance, and compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinate activities across functions, sites, and regions; report progress via dashboards.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, changes, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Support change management and adoption of new processes and tools.
