Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Sr Manager, Project Management to drive the PM process for multiple complex projects, ensuring on‑time delivery within budget and scope. You will identify cross‑project dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires 10+ years in PM within a matrixed environment, strong knowledge of PMO tools, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent technical experience required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in a matrixed organization.
• PMP Certification preferred and experience with new product development or system implementations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects to meet timelines, budgets and resources.
• Identify and manage cross‑project dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels and drive project outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Champion PMO/PDP tools and promote cross‑project learnings.
