Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a PMO Manager I to lead a team of project managers and a business analyst, driving successful delivery across business and technology initiatives. You will oversee governance, portfolio reporting, and stakeholder engagement while aligning projects with strategic objectives.

With 5–8 years of PM experience and a PMP or equivalent certification, you will supervise three PMs and one BA, and partner with TPMO leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience.
• 2-3 years managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with executive leaders and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing technology, business transformation, or operational improvement projects.
• Experience with governance and reporting processes.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously across business and technology functions.
• Facilitate project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate project activities across business, technology, vendors, and external partners.
• Lead project status meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities.
• Escalate project concerns and recommendations to leadership as appropriate.
• Track project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies and governance standards.
• Develop executive-level project status reporting and portfolio dashboards.
• Support change management and communication activities associated with project delivery.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, scope management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and project management maturity advancement.
• Maintain project documentation, artifacts, and governance records.
• Partner with the TPMO leadership team to support portfolio management and strategic initiatives.
