Job summary

Propulsion Controls Engineering is seeking a Production Assistant in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on PMO administrative tasks, file integrity, timekeeping support, and general office coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in Business preferred, with minimum 2 years.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and route to appropriate personnel.
• Process and file reports and Inspection and Test Records.
• Maintain and organize project files and office supplies.
• Take meeting minutes and draft memos and letters.
• Provide administrative support to PMO, Project Managers, and other staff.
