Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Production Support (Admin) Lead to coordinate the entire workflow from PO receipt to shipment readiness. You will lead the admin team, manage BU workflow, and ensure 100% data accuracy as the key liaison between Program Management, Production, and Quality.

This role requires 3–5+ years in production control or manufacturing administration, aerospace/defense exposure, and ERP/MRP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production admin team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coordinate workflow from PO receipt to shipment readiness.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data accuracy is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production support team and manage daily workflow to ensure on-time release and data accuracy.
• Oversee contract review, order entry, and generation of travelers and form boards.
• Coordinate shipping, quality support, and log updates for production status.
• Collaborate with PMs, Buyers, Quality, and Production to resolve issues.
