Allied Technologies and Consulting, LLC is seeking Project/Product Management Analysts to support USAMMDA at Ft. Detrick, MD.

You will provide full-time project management and acquisition support within a military medical R&D environment, coordinating PMO activities and contributing to product capability initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (biology, biomedical, public health, or medical/technical/science).
• Excellent communications, writing, organizational and project management skills (cost, schedule, performance risks).
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Interest in medical research programs is desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project is desired (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; SharePoint).
• 1–2 years’ experience in Federal contracting, government or military environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management directly to the project manager, coordinating acquisition activities in the PMO dashboard.
• Track IPT and WG annual reporting meetings: scheduling, coordinating participants, preparing agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Coordinate and disperse Taskers; validate information and compile responses for review and submission approval.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and attention to detail; interactions with military and civilian personnel helpful.
• Support multiple efforts and prioritize requirements affecting products.
• Assist with programmatic and technical document review, market research, and vendor site visits.
• Be aware of information flows related to Government Product Manager responsibilities.
• Assist PMO-related fiscal management by performing budget analysis and contract support.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant technology and industry developments.
• Support DoD Acquisition Lifecycle and FDA regulatory processes; prepare briefings and acquisition docs.
• Manage diverse simultaneous efforts and priorities for project teams.
