Knowesis Inc. in Fort Detrick, MD seeks a Senior Product Management Support (Team Lead) to direct business operations and acquisition strategies for the Warfighter Expeditionary Medicine and Treatment (WEMT) division.

The role analyzes workflows, streamlines operations, and engages with internal and external stakeholders to advance medical capabilities for expeditionary forces. This position leads PMO activities, develops KPIs, manages RFIs, and communicates portfolio status to senior

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
8+ years of full-time work experience in business operations, process improvement, and project management.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

Lead PMO activities, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring adherence to DoD acquisition policies and procedures.
Analyze and optimize business operations processes, implementing best practices and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance within the division.
Serve as the central point of contact for external requests for information (RFIs) and manage external engagement strategies.
Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior management regarding business operations and portfolio status.
