Job summary

Allied Technologies and Consulting, LLC is seeking a Project/Product Management Analyst with DoD Acquisition experience to support the Capability Program Executive (CPE) Ground Systems PM M2S program office in Frederick, MD. The role is based on-site up to 5 days a week at ATC’s Frederick office or Fort Detrick, with approved home-based arrangements considered case by case.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/scientific/medical/business field or combination of related experience and education.
• At least 5 years of related project management experience and 10 years of working experience.
• Knowledge of military/Army acquisition/procurement/fielding (preferably with medical devices/systems or Army Soldier Support programs).
• Experience with DoW 5000 Acquisition Process/Phases including acquisition documentation.
• Excellent communications, writing, organizational and project management skills.
• SharePoint and MS Project experience desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Travel up to 10% of the time may be required.
• Public Trust T1-NACI Clearance Required.
• US Citizen Required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project/Product Managers, Logistics Managers, other Engineers, and End-Users to provide Life Cycle support for multiple products and systems.
• Coordinate with a large network of matrixed organizations to ensure timely completion of the medical product development and fielding mission.
• Apply life cycle logistics concepts and IPS, DoW requirements, program planning, budget and execution, and contract administration.
• Provide project management directly to the project manager coordinating acquisition activities.
• Track IPT and WG meetings, schedule, prepare agendas, documents, and minutes, and track action items.
• Disperse Taskers to team members and compile responses for review and approval.
• Assist PMO-related fiscal management through budget analysis and contract support.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant technology and industry developments.
• Prepare acquisition documentation to DoD 5000 series regulations and support decision reviews.
• Prepare and review briefings, summaries, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects within the project portfolio.
