Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Management Support (Team Lead) to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) at Ft. Detrick, MD.
You will oversee acquisition program management and business operations for the Warfighter Readiness Performance and Brain Health division, guiding medical product development in compliance with DoD policies. Contingent upon contract award, this role emphasizes leading a PMO, coordinating IPTs/MDRs, and optimizing business processes
Qualifications
- US citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in business/related field.
- 8+ years of DoD acquisition program management and business operations experience.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO team, coordinate day-to-day medical product development activities, and train/oversee established procedures.
- Participate in and lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Milestone Decision Reviews (MDRs).
- Analyze existing business operations processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Prepare and maintain project management documents using the EDRMS, including stakeholder communication plans and executive summaries.
- Coordinate responses to external information requests and support market research and tech-base program reviews.
