Job summary

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is seeking a Project Manager for our Project Management Services team to provide PM support, training, and governance for diverse NNL programs.

You will develop detailed schedules, budgets, and cost estimates, prepare dashboards, engage with executive leadership, and implement PM tools including Primavera and MS Project, as well as Power Apps and Power BI within the MS Power Platform. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, risk management plans, and integrated schedules to support resource loading and earned value management.
• Prepare and maintain project reports including dashboards and metrics.
• Prepare and analyze budget, cost, and labor estimates and actual costs for assigned projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings often requiring engagement with executive level leadership.
• Develop and maintain project data utilizing cost estimating and scheduling tools.
