Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to drive a portfolio of IT programs, including M&A integrations and enterprise initiatives. You will partner with Product and Technology leaders to ensure programs deliver desired business outcomes and align with strategy.

You will lead a team of program managers, advancing governance, capacity planning, and AI-enabled reporting to leadership. This role supports a hybrid work model and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven IT program management and people leadership experience.
• Experience with cross-functional IT programs and PMO functions.
• M&A integration experience is a plus.
• Certifications like PMP or Agile are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of cross‑functional IT programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Partner with Product and Technology leaders to align programs with business outcomes.
• Provide visibility into capacity across teams and surface planning constraints.
• Establish intake, tiering, and governance practices for consistent delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to minimize impact.
• Leverage AI tools to deliver transparent portfolio insights to leadership.
• Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders about status and performance.
• Continuously improve program management processes and data quality.
• Lead, coach, and upskill the program management team.
