Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key area of our commerce platform. You will work largely independently, tackle open-ended problems, and lead cross-functional teams using AI-powered capabilities to shape the next generation of commerce for major brands and retailers.

You will drive end-to-end development from PRDs to launch, leveraging AI-assisted insights to inform decisions, and collaborate with engineering, product, and client-facing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven product management experience within the SAAS industry.
• Experience with AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data & insights platforms.
• Strong experience with the full product development lifecycle, including setting goals, measuring results, and quantifying impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the long-term vision for the product, prioritizing scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Synthesize qualitative inputs (client interviews, tickets, surveys) into themes and prioritize work.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Use AI-assisted data exploration to support rapid, evidence-based decisions.
