Job summary

Rithum is seeking a PMO & Portfolio Analyst to act at the operational core of the Brands Services program management office. You will administer intake, maintain the portfolio system of record, and generate reporting and analysis used by leadership to prioritize resources and govern programs.

In this remote-friendly role, you will track dependencies, surface risks, prepare governance materials, and support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program or project coordination or PMO operations.
• Experience building leadership status or KPI reporting.
• Hands-on with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet; dashboards/reports.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with pivots and lookups.
• Experience tracking risks, issues, dependencies across initiatives.
• Experience preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer intake for initiative requests and track status against targets.
• Prepare triage packets and maintain decision logs for prioritization.
• Build and maintain portfolio reporting layer with KPI dashboards.
• Provide executive-ready analysis and explain variances.
• Maintain inventory of initiatives including owners and milestones.
• Prepare governance materials and support cadence.
• Collaborate with owners to keep data current.
