Job summary

Rithum is seeking a PMO & Portfolio Analyst to sit at the heart of the Brands Services program management office. You will administer intake, maintain the portfolio system of record, and produce reporting and analysis that leadership uses to drive prioritization and resourcing decisions.

You will surface risks before milestones, track dependencies, and prepare governance materials. The role emphasizes AI usage to accelerate decision-making and improve outcomes across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in program or project coordination or PMO operations.
• Experience building and maintaining leadership status reports.
• Hands-on with a project/work management tool like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for portfolio analysis.
• Experience tracking risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Experience preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Intake Administration & Triage: log, classify, route, track status against targets.
• Portfolio Reporting & Executive‑Ready Analysis: build/maintain KPI reporting; automate steps.
• Initiative Tracking, Dependencies & Risk: maintain inventory, risk/issue logs; escalation.
• Governance Preparation & Operating Cadence: prep agendas, pre‑reads, and status packets; maintain templates.
