Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes for a key area of our commerce platform. Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven product management experience within the SAAS industry with a complex enterprise level product.
• Experience working on AI‑powered products, AI workflows, or data & insights platforms.
• Strong experience with the full product development lifecycle, including setting goals, measuring results, and quantifying impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and drive long-term vision for the world’s leading eCommerce platform, leveraging AI-first approaches.
• Synthesize qualitative inputs (client interviews, support tickets, surveys) using AI to identify themes and prioritize work.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align client needs with internal objectives.
• Prioritize roadmap scope, sequencing, and trade-offs with AI-assisted insights.
• Prototype product concepts and workflows using AI to validate ideas before engineering investment.
• Lead end-to-end development from concept to launch, including PRDs, testing, and change management.
• Accelerate product documentation with AI while maintaining quality and editorial standards.
• Track progress, report to stakeholders, and support release cycles and testing.
