Allocor.Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to center the PMO, supporting planning, execution, and governance across concurrent programs. You will work with program managers, project leads, and cross-functional teams to maintain schedules and documentation.

You will track risks, dependencies, and customer orders, ensuring leadership has timely, accurate visibility for decision-making. A structured, proactive communicator thrives here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years in program coordination, project coordination, PMO, or similar operations role.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or regulated hardware/manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid program methods.
• Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong organization and attention to detail with multitasking ability.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including leadership status updates.
• Sound judgment and proactive problem-solving when issues or risks arise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent programs — timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Maintain PMO governance artifacts: status reports, RAID logs, and program dashboards.
• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation for program/project managers.
• Plan and facilitate governance meetings: agendas, minutes, action follow-through.
• Monitor budgets against forecast and flag variances or risks early.
• Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and SOPs.
• Serve as liaison among teams, stakeholders, and leadership for timely communication.
• Track cross-program dependencies and risks; escalate blockers early.
• Support intake and prioritization of new program requests; onboard staff to PMO tools.
• Contribute to post-program reviews and lessons-learned docs.
• Receive and log purchase orders; coordinate internal approvals.
• Enter approved purchase orders and contract information into systems.
• Track customer contracts through review, approval, execution with documentation.
• Assist with customer billables and invoices.
