Horizontal Talent is seeking a Program Manager & Team Coordinator to support cross-functional priorities, project execution, and day-to-day operational alignment. In this position, you will track tasks and timelines, maintain project plans and documentation, and coordinate inputs across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a similar coordination-focused role.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay effective in a shifting environment.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well across teams and functions.
• Proactive approach with strong follow-through and ownership of tasks.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting quickly as needs change.
• Familiarity with program management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, or Ramp.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of key programs and initiatives by tracking tasks, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate project plans, status trackers, documentation, and team resources.
• Coordinate across teams to gather input, schedule meetings, and keep work moving forward.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, and other supporting materials.
• Help plan and execute team events, offsites, activities, and recognition efforts.
• Surface risks, dependencies, and blockers early to support timely decision-making.
• Assist with the development and upkeep of operational processes and tools.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and collaborate with broader PMO partners on cross-functional work.
