Job summary

Orion180 seeks a Program Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the Value Streams organization within Innovation & Technology.

You will manage portfolio operations, cross-stream coordination, delivery reporting, and capacity planning across 5 value streams, enabling leadership to focus on strategic work and stakeholder engagement. This on-site role at our Melbourne, Florida headquarters offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment that rewards ownership and clarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in program operations, PMO coordination, delivery operations, or portfolio management.
• Experience with portfolio and project management tools, Planview preferred; Azure DevOps proficiency required.
• Strong cross-team coordination and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Track dependencies across 5 value streams and coordinate weekly cross-stream meetings.
• Manage the Planview intake queue and route requests to correct streams with priority.
• Consolidate delivery status and prepare portfolio-level reporting for leadership.
• Monitor capacity and support sprint planning decisions for Director and VP.
• Prepare agendas and briefing materials for stakeholder meetings and leadership reviews.
• Assign shared Project Managers to cross-functional initiatives and track workloads.
• Ensure adherence to defined delivery processes and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain escalation log and provide real-time delivery health dashboards.
