Job summary

ASM Research in Reston, VA is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end onboarding processes and support PMO program management initiatives. The role covers personnel-related tasks and general administrative duties on-site, Monday to Friday.

The candidate will handle onboarding/offboarding, KPI preparation, and stakeholder communication while maintaining documentation and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• 2+ years proficiency with Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support; reporting to PMO Lead.
• Administer PMO functions (e.g. personnel management, onboarding and offboarding).
• Collaborate and provide operational support to multiple programs.
• Develop and maintain program documentation.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Manage distribution and tracking of smartcards; renewals.
• Prepare KPI deliverables for program leadership and client communication.
• Escalate personnel concerns to program leadership.
• Track/manage customer facility accesses and equipment inventory.
• Contribute to employee engagement events.
• Update personnel schedules as needed.
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks.
