Job summary

Itero Group, a Women-Owned Small Business, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead an SAP S/4HANA ERP upgrade program in Middletown Township, PA. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership.

The role requires extensive PM experience with SAP/ERP projects, strong MS Project skills, and proven leadership. Hybrid work options and a competitive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of project management experience across multiple IT initiatives.
• Experience managing high-profile vendors in on-prem and cloud environments.
• Experience with SAP/ERP projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience on multi-year projects and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong leadership, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Expert level ability to create and maintain integrated project plans (MS Project/MS Project Online).
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external staff across multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts using standard PM methodologies and templates.
• Create and manage a detailed integrated project plan with deliverables and milestones.
• Estimate and manage project costs throughout all phases.
• Plan and schedule resources to align with project activities and timing.
• Forecast resource capacity and respond to dynamic changes in business needs.
• Establish a governance framework with defined roles, responsibilities, escalation, and decisions.
• Coordinate with business owners to define and refine project scope.
• Execute all project lifecycle phases: initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, close.
• Conduct lessons-learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Build productive relationships with technology staff, owners, sponsors, vendors, and clients.
• Manage all project artifacts including signoffs.
