Data-Core Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced PMO Project Manager to join our Consulting team. You will lead Wave 2 of an SAP S/4HANA upgrade program, integrate multiple workstreams, manage governance, and coordinate with SMEs and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, risk mitigation, and ability to drive complex initiatives across an enterprise landscape while delivering measurable business value and maintaining governance.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of project management experience across large, complex initiatives.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Experience managing high profile vendors within on-prem and cloud landscapes.
• Strong leadership, conflict management, and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Manages and coordinates activities of internal and external staff across multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
• Develops and maintains project artifacts using established standards, templates, and methodologies.
• Builds and manages a detailed integrated project plan with deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
• Estimates and maintains cost plans across project phases.
• Plans and schedules resources to ensure availability for activities at the right times.
• Forecasts resource capacity and provides real-time foresight for corrective actions.
• Establishes a governance framework with clear roles, escalation paths, and decision processes.
• Coordinates with business owners and analysts to define project scope and refine requirements.
• Manages the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing and conducts lessons learned sessions.
• Develops productive relationships with IT staff, business sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
• Coordinates activities with SI Project Managers and aligns with the client’s PMO Playbook.
• Adheres to project management standards and documentation requirements.
