Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience (integration, scope, schedule, vendor, risk).
• Experience managing vendors in on-premise and cloud environments.
• Proven success managing large-scale SAP/ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate internal/external staff across multiple IT projects.
• Develop and maintain PM artifacts per PA Turnpike standards.
• Build and manage integrated project plans, schedules, and critical paths.
• Estimate and monitor project budgets and cost plans throughout lifecycle.
• Plan resources, ensure allocation and availability; forecast capacity.
• Establish governance frameworks (roles, escalation, decisions).
• Define and refine project scope with business owners and analysts.
• Oversee full lifecycle: initiation to closing; conduct lessons learned.
