Job summary

Domino Technologies, Inc. in Middletown, PA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Wave 2 of the PA Turnpike’s SAP S/4HANA ERP upgrade. The role requires coordinating across IT and business stakeholders, managing risks, budgets, and timelines in a multi-vendor environment.

The position supports a hybrid work model with on-site and remote components, and requires strong governance and communication skills to drive project success within defined scopes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior-level project management experience required for SAP/ERP programs.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-vendor, cross-functional teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects of varying complexity across internal/external teams.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts and integrated plans with cross-functional dependencies.
• Establish governance, roles, escalation paths, and decision processes.
• Coordinate with SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders to align scope and delivery.
• Track costs, resources, and risks; ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Ensure Wave 2 SAP S/4HANA enhancements align with PA TURNPIKE priorities.
