Itero Group, a Women-Owned Small Business in the Harrisburg area, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an SAP S/4HANA ERP upgrade program. You will manage multiple IT workstreams, coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and executives, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management, strong MS Project skills, and proven experience with SAP/ERP implementations and multi-year initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in project management across multiple IT streams.
• Experience managing high-profile vendors in on-prem and cloud.
• Experience with SAP/ERP projects as a PM.
• Experience with multi-year projects.
• Strong leadership, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Expert level MS Project / MS Project Online skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manages and coordinates activities of internal and external staff across multiple IT projects.
• Develops and maintains project artifacts using standard PM methodologies.
• Builds and manages a detailed integrated project plan and schedule with dependencies and milestones.
• Estimates and maintains cost plans during all phases.
• Plans and schedules resources to ensure availability for activities.
• Forecasts resource capacity and real-time foresight for corrective actions.
• Establishes project governance with defined roles and escalation paths.
• Coordinates with business owners and analysts to define scope.
• Performs full project lifecycle activities from initiation to closing.
• Conducts lessons learned sessions to identify improvements.
• Maintains relationships with technology staff, sponsors, vendors, and clients.
• Manages all project artifacts including signoffs.
