In this role, you will support our Post Acute Organization. Working in Plexus Services Sales Enablement, you will work closely with sales and consulting teams to craft detailed scopes of work tailored to client needs. You’ll play a key role in responding to and delivering impactful Request for Proposal (RFP) presentations, whether onsite with clients or in virtual settings, showcasing Plexus methodology and implementation strategies. Collaboration will be at the heart of your day‑to‑day, as you partner across cross‑functional teams to validate Level of Effort assumptions and ensure seamless alignment. This position offers the opportunity to influence client engagements, contribute to strategic planning, and be an integral part of a collaborative, results‑driven environment. Post Acute‑ Post‑Acute partners with providers in home health, hospice, senior living, and long‑term care to deliver innovative technology solutions. Our tools streamline operations, enhance care coordination, and support person‑centered care, helping organizations navigate the unique challenges of post‑acute settings.
