Lead Jira/Confluence structures, dashboards, and documentation; enable executive decision-making; coordinate cross-team delivery and GOV-facing reporting in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years supporting PMO or delivery functions in a complex technical environment.
• Experience establishing or maturing PMO, delivery-management, or integrated planning.
• Experience designing lightweight governance and executive decision support.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate data into decision-ready insights on demand and capacity.
• Experience leading distributed teams across geography or function.

Aufgaben

• Lead the PMO support function and coordinate PMO personnel and embedded analysts.
• Partner with Government PM to create a lightweight, visible ARES management system.
• Establish cadence for integrated reviews, backlog, roadmaps, risks, and decisions.
• Implement Jira/Confluence structures, workflows, dashboards, and docs.
• Ensure data in Jira/ITSM is complete for trend analysis and leadership reporting.
• Develop executive-ready products: integrated roadmaps, risk summaries, and deliverables.
• Support Government intake and triage: demand capture, estimation, routing, status.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, analysts, leads, and partners on dependencies and risks.
• Manage sustained mission-service visibility: workload, readiness, and continuity risks.
• Maintain PMO documentation: schedules, roadmaps, risk registers, meeting outcomes.
