Job summary

YER HR Solutions is representing a commercial real estate client in Atlanta seeking a PMO / Account Lead to direct program governance and delivery across transactions, project controls, and design/construction for a national portfolio. You’ll lead 8-10, align Owner's Rep partners, and champion AI to improve speed and accuracy.

The role is a 12-month minimum assignment with hybrid work: three days on-site in Midtown and two days remote.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership in commercial real estate, occupier advisory, or PMO for major corporate or institutional accounts.
• Experience directing programs that combine transactions/leasing with high-velocity capital project delivery (industrial, logistics, mission-critical, or high-tech preferred).
• Proven record of governing multi-firm Owner's Rep arrangements and performance audits.
• Familiarity with AI, process automation, and data analytics, and the vision to identify use cases and drive change management. No coding required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine cross-functional RACI frameworks connecting client real estate, construction, infrastructure, and facilities stakeholders.
• Align multiple Owner's Representative teams (third-party and internal) on QA/QC, execution playbooks, and standardized reporting.
• Lead monthly governance reviews and quarterly business reviews, delivering portfolio scorecards, risk matrices, and executive briefings to senior client leadership.
• Oversee transaction advisory workflows, ensuring lease terms, landlord delivery conditions, and TI allowances integrate with capital delivery schedules.
• Direct build delivery across active facilities, holding to quality benchmarks, master schedule baselines, and go-live criteria.
• Oversee TI allowance reconciliation, change order validation, schedule of values audits, and value engineering.
• Enforce invoice and pay-application auditing, including work-in-place and lien waiver verification.
• Sponsor and prioritize AI and automation workstreams (document extraction, invoice ingestion, risk registers, automated reporting) and set governance guardrails for the team's tech specialist.
