Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Program Manager for PMO/Portfolio work focused on Real Estate sector. You will lead the program lifecycle, develop strategic business cases, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and schedule.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, refine processes, and implement a single source of truth data framework, while SOX controls may apply and on‑site requirements may shift with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven record of implementing processes and procedures on construction projects or programs.
• Experience managing a program of connected projects with total value of $10M to $100M.
• Competent user of data management software and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop the defined programs strategic business case for all projects within scope.
• Define benefits, objectives and success criteria aligned to the business case.
• Document execution scope requirements and program charter.
• Define program RACI and roles and responsibilities.
• Produce and maintain the program framework and delivery methodology.
• Maintain tools and templates aligned to the execution plan.
• Implement an information management system as a single source of truth.
• Analyze risk, dependency and portfolio interdependencies and costs.
• Lead resource planning and forecasting aligned to strategic plan.
• Communicate with stakeholders and report progress to clients.
