TSC’s Product Solutions (PS) Division in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Program Management Office (PMO) Director to lead the full lifecycle of RF-based DoD/DoW programs. You will establish PMO processes and mentor a team of Program Managers across Product, Engineering and Production.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of program management experience, leadership capability, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in engineering, business, or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years in program/project management with 3+ years in leadership of PMs.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience developing and improving program management processes and tools.
• Experience managing direct reports including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PM tools (Project, Confluence, Teams, JIRA).
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Program Managers across the full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Production, and Division leadership.
• Oversee PMO governance, reviews, and risk management across programs.
• Develop and improve PMO processes, tools, and best practices.
• Communicate issues/risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Oversee program performance: cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Support proposal development, pricing, subcontracting, and scheduling.
• Guide ROMs and customer funding requests.
• Escalate program issues and manage resource conflicts.
• Build relationships with government program offices and customers.
• Monitor milestones, master plans, and schedules; resolve problems.
• Allocate resources and deconflict across programs.
