Job summary

Technology Service Corporation in Huntsville, AL seeks a Director of Engineering for the Product Solutions division to lead multi-discipline teams across RF payloads and sensor systems throughout the product lifecycle, with DoD program focus.

You will own engineering processes, drive continuous improvement, ensure AS9100/ISO9001 alignment, and collaborate with product managers to plan roadmaps, schedules, and resource needs.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering plus 15+ years in DoD industry.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams through product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplined team of systems, hardware, mechanical, software, and firmware engineers to build complete solutions.
• Define and implement engineering development processes and best practices (AS9100/ISO9001 compliant).
• Collaborate with product owners to develop technical feasibility, schedule, and cost for roadmaps.
• Support transition of technology into production and ongoing lifecycle sustainment.
