Job summary
TSC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Program Manager for the Product Engineering Solutions division to lead multi-discipline engineering teams across the RF payload and sensor systems lifecycle. The role focuses on DoD programs, risk and cost control, and customer engagement to position TSC as a trusted partner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field; 10+ years in project/program management
- U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD security clearance
- Strong business acumen and excellent written/verbal communication
- Experience managing DoD acquisition programs (R&D/EMD)
- Vendor or subcontractor management experience
- Proficiency with MS Office; ability to create PowerPoint briefings, Excel schedules, Word docs, and use Project/Confluence/JIRA
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all phases of programs from inception through completion
- Own cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs
- Coordinate proposal development, pricing, subcontracting, and technical approaches
- Create ROMs with staff across products to feed funding requests
- Lead customer reviews and communicate progress to stakeholders
