Job summary

Dewpoint is hiring a PMO Director in Lansing to establish and lead the enterprise PMO, driving governance, standards, and a scalable delivery framework. You will partner with the VP of Service Delivery to institutionalize the Dewpoint Way and embed AI-enabled workflows across projects.

The role focuses on improving project outcomes, increasing visibility, and enabling profitable growth through data-driven governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management.
• 5+ years leading PMO delivery or transformations.
• Experience building PMO from ground up.
• Experience with portfolio governance frameworks.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience deploying AI/analytics in delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise PMO function.
• Develop a multi-year PMO maturity roadmap.
• Define governance models, lifecycle standards, and delivery frameworks.
• Own methodologies, templates, and reporting with VP support.
• Create transparency across project portfolios and accountability.
• Design and implement ‘The Dewpoint Way’ for project execution.
• Lead AI-enabled delivery transformations and dashboards.
